At Charlesworth, we understand the importance of your print project, no matter how big or small. We have highly skilled teams in each area of our business, trained to ensure your work is produced to the most exacting standards.
The Preflight area check all files as they are received to ensure there are no potential problems prior to printing. We can handle both Mac and PC formats with FTP facilities available to receive electronic files.
Our Prepress departments use the latest PDF workflow technology, combined with traditional quality control skills. Proofs are created for every job to be approved by the client before going to press. A full press reading service is on hand 24 hours a day. Once approved, plates are made using the latest , chemical free computer-to-plate (CTP) processing technology.
Our Press Room houses one 2-colour and two 5-colour perfecting sheet-fed litho presses, as well as numerous digital presses.
Quality control is a high priority with continuous checks being undertaken throughout each stage.
Where finishing is required, strict quality control procedures are in place in our Bindery to ensure you are delighted with the end result.
