On 1st September 2010 the UK manufacturing operations of The Charlesworth Group were acquired by Presido Group Ltd. The company now trades under the name Charlesworth Press and continues to offer quality printing, binding and print finishing services for journals, books and other publications.

Presido Group Ltd forms the ultimate parent company of Charlesworth Holdings Ltd, the holding company of H. Charlesworth & Co. Ltd.

The publishing services side of the business was retained by the previous owner under a new company, Charlesworth Publishing Services Ltd, which continues trading under the name of The Charlesworth Group. The two new companies remain working closely together due to the synergies between them.
