The installation of a new 8-colour B1 litho and a long run PUR perfect binding line mean that we can now print and bind full colour books, magazines, brochures, catalogues and directories much faster and more efficiently than ever before. And with super strength binding!
This combined with increased shift working patterns, has resulted in shorter lead times and keener pricing on medium to longer run colour work.
Running the entire width of our on-site bindery, the new 18-station perfect binding line runs at twice the speed of its predecessor, creating time and cost benefits for our clients.
The option of PUR book binding adds a new service to our portfolio, allowing us to bind using special adhesives which give the greatest strength available in limp binding.
PUR binding is perfect for products that need to be extremely durable and require a longer shelf life such as reference books, catalogs, directories and manuals.
